Hopefully you’ve already read my other guide that covers getting to TL 50 (How to Reach Team level 50 Fast). This guide will focus beyond that and get you to TL 120 as fast as possible.
Quick Overview of What It Takes to Reach Team Level 120
Team EXP comes primarily from two sources: Daily Quests and Campaign Missions (via energy spent or raid tickets). The mobile version caps at Team Level 120, and the cumulative experience needed is approximately 131,800 Team EXP. For F2P players, estimates show roughly 8,000 EXP per week, implying about 205 days to reach level 120. To move faster, it’s all about efficiency and smart resource use.
Smart Strategies to Accelerate Your Team Progress
1. Optimize Daily Quests Efficiently Every Day
You get consistent EXP from daily quests like “Use Emerald Exchange once,” “Complete 10 Missions,” or “Finish 3 Heroic Missions”.
You must:
- Prioritize tasks that deliver the most Team EXP for the least effort.
- Avoid skipping days—daily completion adds up significantly over time.
2. Use Campaign Raids Daily
Campaign missions give EXP equal to their energy cost (e.g. a 12‑energy campaign gives 12 Team EXP). But the real efficiency comes from raiding:
- At VIP 0, you can raid using 1× raid tickets; as VIP, you gain more flexible options.
- Once you reach VIP 5, you unlock bulk instant raids (x3, x10), letting you burn through energy fast while collecting EXP Potions.
Use these daily to maximize your EXP gain while saving time and effort.
3. Plan Your Energy Use
Your maximum energy increases as your Team Level goes up; at level 120, you can recharge up to 180 energy units. Every time your team levels up, you also receive bonus energy—even over your cap. Use that smartly:
- Don’t let your energy remain above cap, as it halts natural recovery.
- Use bursts of energy strategically to ensure near-permanent campaign progress.
4. Focus on VIP Progress (Even Just a Little)
Reaching VIP 5 opens up repeated raid missions, which massively boost throughput of campaign progress and Team EXP.
Even small purchases—say, a low-cost pack occasionally—can dramatically increase your rate of progression.
5. Unlock and Utilize Town Shop EXP Potions
Every day, you can buy EXP potions from the Town Shop using gold. These convert excess gold into direct Team EXP support.
- Make it a daily habit to pick up whatever EXP potions are available—even if they’re “extras.”
- These potions compound over time, keeping your level progression steady.
6. Leverage Guild Activity and Glyph Rewards
Guild activity gives glyphs (via exchanging unneeded gear/consumables or via upgrading)—but here’s the twist: every day, your activity can reward you with glyphs worth more resources or energy-related agglomerations.
- Regularly up your guild activity to unlock these extras.
- Later, convert glyphs to energy or other helpful rewards that aid daily progress.
7. Dungeon Titanite Strategy for Consistent Rewards
Every day, aim to collect at least 150 Titanite from the dungeon. That ensures a steady influx of summoning circles and titan-related rewards.
While Titanite doesn’t directly give Team EXP, it supports long-term resource accumulation—helping you stay efficient at higher tiers.
8. Smart Timezone Changes (If You Can)
Once every 30 days, you can shift your timezone to claim duplicate daily rewards (e.g. Arena points twice in one real-world day).
- Use this strategically around events or days you’re aiming to stockpile energy or quest resets.
- The additional rewards can indirectly boost your Team EXP throughput.
9. Strategic Post-120 Behavior (Pre-emptive Efficiency)
Once you hit level 120, you no longer receive EXP from dailies or campaign missions; instead, you get Honorable Guardian Boxes. While this is beyond your target, it’s smart to know because:
- Any leftover energy or resources prior to hitting level 120 should be redirected to optimizing your hero/titan progression so you don’t slow down after cap.
- This mindset keeps you “on fire” before the switch from EXP to box drops.
Sample Weekly Game-Plan Outline
- Daily Routine:
- First log in—complete all Daily Quests.
- Raid campaign missions using available raid tickets or VIP instant raids.
- Spend bonus energy from leveling immediately, then use remaining energy via campaign or other modes granting EXP.
- Visit Town Shop—buy any available EXP potions.
- Engage in Guild Activity (upgrading, selling gear) to secure Guild Activity glyph rewards.
- Weekly Focus:
- Check VIP status; consider small purchases to unlock VIP benefits (e.g., VIP 5 for bulk raids).
- Ensure dungeon Titanite quotas are met daily (150 Titanite).
- If possible, time a timezone shift to reap extra daily rewards (around key active weeks).
Over time, this disciplined routine can halve your expected F2P time—moving from ~200 days to something much faster, depending on your VIP progress and daily consistency.
Final Thoughts
By combining efficient campaign raiding, daily quest consistency, smart energy and resource use, VIP-tier bonuses, Town Shop potions, guild activity, dungeon strategy, and even timezone tweaks, you stack every advantage possible. With persistence, this guide helps you leap past level 50 (and the earlier guide’s advice) all the way to Team Level 120—faster than you likely thought possible.
