Flagship Level 26 as Fast as Possible
You’re aiming for a pretty ambitious goal: reaching Flagship Level 26 in just 30 days. It’s absolutely doable if you stay focused, invest wisely in time and resources, and lean into the game’s most efficient mechanics. Let’s walk through how to get there—as smoothly and profitably as possible.
Understanding What Level 26 Requires
At Level 26, you’ll need your Galley and Distillery each upgraded to Level 26, and roughly 22 million gold to fund the upgrades. That means you need to generate and funnel about 700–800 k gold daily, while keeping supporting facilities upgraded and resource production humming.
Securing Essential Upgrades and Boosts
Purchasing the third builder queue—often available in a $9.99 “builder” pack—is essential. Without it, build timers will bottleneck your progress. You will also find value in adding an Adventure Fund or Gold Pack for an early influx of speed-ups and gold. With that said, if you want an in on the best deals in general, this might help you!
Joining a Strong Gang
One of the most important early moves is joining a strong, active gang within your first two days. Gangs provide building speed bonuses, trade route perks, shared resources, and assistance in fights. Choose one with active leadership and members who log in daily.
Building Consistent Gold Income
Gold is your bottleneck, so focus on production. Set up auto-trade routes running constantly, preferably through high-value ports your gang controls.
Enhance gold generation by cooking profitable food like Sumptuous Cakes in the Galley and selling them in the Mess Hall. Keep an eye on the black market for goods you can flip for profit.
Maximizing Speed-Ups
Speed-ups will make or break your 30-day push. Earn them by exploring islands, clearing Mist Incidents, fighting monsters (up to your daily limit), finishing daily missions, completing events, and collecting gang rewards. Use them strategically to eliminate downtime on critical building upgrades.
Making the Most of Daily Activities
Daily missions, main quests, side quests, and timed events are vital. They reward you with gold, speed-ups, and resources while boosting your Adventure Level—which unlocks higher hero caps and more powerful crews.
Leveraging Your Heroes
High-level heroes make resource gathering and combat faster. Focus on your strongest lineup, such as Armstrong as Gunner, Ahab as Captain, and Madame Lulu as First Mate. Farm Adventure EXP by attacking armed freighters and monsters to level them quickly.
Suggested 30-Day Timeline
Days 1–3: Buy the builder pack, join a gang, start exploring, set up trade routes, begin cooking and selling in the Mess Hall.
Days 4–10: Upgrade support buildings, farm freighters and monsters, clear daily missions and events.
Days 11–20: Intensify gold generation, push through Flagship Levels 21–24, and keep construction queues active.
Days 21–27: Finalize Galley and Distillery upgrades, stockpile gold, and burn speed-ups for the last push.
Days 28–30: Complete any final upgrades and unlock Flagship Level 26.
Staying on Track
You’re managing four pillars of progress:
- Gold production via trade and crafting
- Building speed via the extra builder and speed-ups
- Resource income via gang perks and exploration
- Progression speed via daily missions and hero EXP farming

If you consistently work all four areas, keep your queues busy, and use your resources wisely, Flagship Level 26 in 30 days is not just possible—it’s highly achievable.
Bon Voyage!
